What is Woobs?

Woobs is a Finnish brand that started in 2014. We produce and sell high-quality, ecological and ethical accessories. Behind Woobs is a group of young and enthusiastic entrepreneurs whose mission is to develop personal, thrilling and talking accessories. You can read more about us here.

Does Woobs have a brick-and-mortar store?

As a rule, we operate as an online store, so we do not have a brick-and-mortar store. However, we occasionally have different pop-up stores and tour festivals. We inform about pop-up stores and other sales events on our social media channels! If you are concerned about the suitability of the product, you can always return the product if it does not please you.

PRODUCTS AND PRODUCTION

How does Woobs' activities take into account sustainable development and ethics?

 Ethics, sustainability and eco-friendliness have guided our operations from the very beginning. Our main material products include FSC-certified wood. We choose our materials carefully and use only ecological materials that meet our quality requirements. The design of our product is also timeless, so the products have a long service life. The products can be serviced and repaired. We direct our customers to 'less is more' thinking - it is enough to own one pair of sunglasses, as long as they are of high quality and timeless.

Where are the products made?

The products are manufactured with our long-term partners in China. 

Where does the wood come from?

All the wood we use is FSC certified, which means that it is transparently possible to find out its origin. Some of the wood comes from within the EU, some from outside it.

What kind of certificates do subcontractors have?

All Woobs subcontractors have   the ScS-global   sustainability certificate (The Responsible Wood Certification) and   materials have FSC certificates. Forest Stewardship Council is an international non-profit NGO and a certification system for responsible forest use.

E-COMMERCE

Can products be ordered outside Finland?

Yes! Our online store delivers internationally around the world.

Where are e-commerce products delivered from?

All orders placed from the online store are delivered from our warehouse in Turku. 

Where is Woobs' office located?

Woobs' office is located in Turku.

Is there a shopping cart that books in an online store?

There is no booker shopping cart in our online store. In other words, the products will only be reserved for the buyer once the payment has been made.

Can products be ordered as gifts? 

If you want the product to go directly to the recipient of the gift, you can put the recipient directly as the delivery address. Please note that the pick-up notification for the package will be provided at the telephone number provided at the time of ordering.

WATCHES

What's the machinery in the clocks?

The watches have either the Swiss Ronda machine (Clove and Dove) or the Japanese Miyota machine (Cloud). These machinery is a very widely used high-quality battery machine. We give all the machinery a two-year guarantee.

Can the watches stand the test of use?

Yes, that's what they're made :) Watches have 3ATM moisture resistance, so you can wash your hands and dance in the rain with the watch. However, they do not withstand longer soaking.

What if I fall with the clock and the strap breaks?

We are always happy to fix the clock! The 24-month warranty we issue for watches covers manufacturing defects. If you're afraid that something might happen to your watch due to your own actions, you can buy it woobs care extra security,   where you can read more here.

Where's the engraving coming from?

If you decide to buy an engraving on the watch, it will be done on the back of the watch face. You can leave an order in the message field on the font request.

How do I adjust the length of the watch bracelet?

We recommend adjusting the length of the wristband with a watchstie. However, if you wish to adjust the bracelet yourself, please contact us by email and we will send detailed instructions. 

SUNGLASSES

What kind of lenses are in the glasses?

Almost all of our sunglasses have polarized and UV400-protected lenses. Only the glasses in the Slow range do not have polarization. You can also have the lenses you want through us.

Do you get sunglasses with strengths?

Gets. If you want sunglasses with strengths, please   contact info@woobs.fi.

DELIVERY

How long does it take to deliver?

The delivery time depends on the product. All products found directly in the warehouse we try to deliver within 1-3 working days, but the delivery time is always influenced by the urgency of the season in question. If you're in a hurry to get the product to yourself by a certain date, you might want to mention it in the order's message field. If the product is customized (engraving, etc.) the delivery time is longer, typically about 7 working days.

How much do deliveries cost?

The cost of delivery depends on the delivery method chosen. Delivery via post is free of charge.

How long does it take to deliver?

We usually process orders in a maximum of three business days, but during promotional hours it can take a little longer to process. The transport company then receives the package for transport. If the delivery is in a special hurry, please contact our customer service!

I made a typo in my order, how do I do it?

Please contact us as soon as possible by email.

When does my order leave?

Usually orders are posted within 1-3 business days, but during promotions it can take up to 10 business days. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by contacting our customer service. We recommend contacting us as quickly as possible, as the cancellation will no longer be possible after the package has been completed.

RETURN

Can I return or replace a product?

You have full exchange and return rights, as always in the online store. Return costs are paid by the customer.

 GUARANTEE

Do the products have a warranty?

All products have a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. However, if a product breaks down due to our own operations, we are happy to repair the products in accordance with the repair price list. You can also buy Woobs Care insurance for your products,   where you can read more here.
